Options for 'Superior'
People in America
Since its creation, a unique feature of the USA is that people have a voice in government. This means that any citizen who wishes to bring change to our country is free to make the effort. To preserve the qualities of liberty and freedom, however, certain fundamental factors should never be changed. The concept of equality would be greatly disrupted if certain people were declared as 'superior' to everyone else, no matter the reason. The founders of this country made huge efforts to steer us away from that kind of situation. Those who wish to be declared as 'superior' should seek other options.
An extremely hypothetical option would be to go somewhere else and start a new country. A new constitution would enable those who are 'superior' to rule over the new nation and its people. Perhaps the United Nations could approve a suitable spot for the new country. On the other hand, it should not be difficult for 'superior' people to hire a mercenary army and take an area of land by force. After a while, the new nation would develop its own infrastructure in areas such as commerce, transportation, communication and the military. Some time later, it could launch an armed assault to invade and conquer the USA, proving to the world that America has been doing it all wrong for about two and a half centuries.
This is, quite obviously, an extreme situation. As it's doubtful that 'superior' people would go to this trouble, at least one other option is available. The current American infrastructure, built by 'regular' people, offers a great many comforts and services. Since it's unlikely that 'superior' people are being actively held down by 'regular' people, a better appreciation for the overall system may be in order. As for those who still believe themselves as 'superior', the present U.S. Constitution cannot accommodate them.
